      Issue Summary

      This bug is related to the automatic process of updating the Responders field when adding a service to the Affected Services. There is a scenario where the customer doesn't want the Affected Services on the screen because an automation was created to update the field. So, as soon as the Affected Service field is updated through the automation, the Responders field is not updated.

      If we add the field back to the screen and run the automation again, the Responders field is updated successfully.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an automation to edit the Affected Services field using a service that contains an owner;
      2. Remove the Affected Services from the screen;
      3. Execute the automation.

      Expected Results

      The Responders field was updated even if the Affected Service was removed from the screen.

      Actual Results

      The Responders field is not updated.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
