Attachments from some Enterprise Slack conversations are not syncing to Jira tickets

      Issue Summary -

      Attachments from Slack conversations are not syncing to Jira tickets for enterprise Slack customers with shared workspaces. Suspected issue with permissions linked to the workspace token used for attachment downloads from Slack. Detailed investigation required. 

      Steps to Reproduce -

      Add an attachment to the comment via slack the file is not synced to other threads or Jira because Assist is unable to retrieve the file.

      Actual Results -

      Below picture was attached

      Here is how it shows up in Jira

      Workaround -

      Manually add the image directly from Jira or via portal.
