Issue Summary

Currently, if a customer is on Slack Enterprise Grid and connects to Chat, the connected project does not show up across all Slack workspaces in the Enterprise Grid. It would be beneficial to customers if we could allow ticket creation across the Grid for Chat. 

Expected Results

For a Chat connection, to have the project be available for ticket creation across all Slack workspaces under the Enterprise Grid. 

Actual Results

Currently, the Chat connected project only shows up in one Slack workspace under the grid.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
