Issue Summary
When a user types an article name in the Knowledge Base field, including a space, sometimes it gets erased, causing misspellings when looking for an article.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new request or go to an existing one
- Locate the Knowledge field
- Type any phrase that includes a space(s)
Expected Results
The phrase should remain exactly as the user added it
Actual Results
Sometimes, spaces are removed causing correct articles not returned during the search
Workaround
Type the text to search slowly so Jira can process every character with enough time and space won't be removed
