Language Translation(German) not working for system fields(impact , urgency) after ticket is created

      Issue Summary

      Language Translation(German) not working for system fields(impact, urgency) after ticket is created. During ticket creation system field values shows translated values according to the language selected in User profile but after ticket creation values shows English value in both Portal and from Issue View.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable German Language Support in Project.
      2. Add Urgency , Impact fields to Request Type
      3. Navigate to Customer Portal with customer account.
      4. Set Browser Language and Profile Language as Deutsch.
      5. Create Ticket from Portal for the Request Type which has Urgency and Impact.
      6. Observe the field values are translated to German during creation. 
      7. After ticket creation it shows as English in both PORTAL and from Issue view.

      Expected Results

      Field options should be visible in the German language after ticket creation

      Actual Results

      Field options are not translated into German language after ticket creation.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
