Renaming a request type must sync it across Jira

      Problem

      Renaming the request type impacted the SLAs to not run as they were still pointing to the old name.

      Suggested Solution

      The new name of the Request type must sync across Jira wherever it has been referenced.

      Why This Is Important

      To avoid reconfiguration of the SLA goals.

      Workaround

      Edit the SLA to point to the new name of the Request type.
