Ability to use "Instructions" field in request types as Multi Line field on language translational page

      Issue Summary

      While translating the content in the "Instructions" field for any request type in any language, the field is shown as a single line and can't be used as a Multiline field.

      Is this reproducible: Yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open any request type on the language translational page

            2. Try to use the Instructions field as Multi-Line

      Expected Results

      Content with Multiple lines should be shown correctly on the portal

      Actual Results

      Content is shown in a single line on the portal

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
