Currently, we can only add Request types to Topics. 

Suggestion: 

Should be able to also add project portal links under topics.

Use case: Customer has many portals and only a handful of portals are frequently used. They would like to display links to these portals under topics for easy access to their end users. 

They have Request types with the same names in different projects, which would further confuse end users. 

Suggested featured portals but this isn't ideal for them as this will hide other portals unless clicked to be shown. Moreover, they'd like to display them based on divisions of their company (created as topics)
