Creating an issue using Assist in Slack does not process new lines or blank lines in body text

      Issue Summary

      When a newline is included in the ticket body text, the text after the newline cannot be viewed from Slack.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (n/a)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a ticket from the Assist app. Include a sentence with a line break in the body.
      2. check the ticket created from the triage channel.

      Expected Results

      The full text of the body can be viewed from Slack.

      Actual Results

      In Slack, The lines of text appear concatenated together as if there were no line breaks or blank lines in between

      In Jira, the lines of text appear as they were originally entered, formatted with line breaks observed and kept.
