Issue Summary

When adding a ticket-emoji reaction to the Slack Workflow messages, the Assist bot will not respond and a synced JSM ticekt will not be created.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the JSM Chat channel in Slack
2. Create the Slack Workflow which send a message to the channel
3. Trigger the workflow above
4. Add a ticket-emoji reaction to the message sent by the workflow

Expected Results

The Assist bot will respond to the Slack Workflow messages.

Actual Results

Workaround

1. Reply a messege to the Workflow message in the thread
2. Add a ticket-emoji reaction to the reply -> Assist bot will respond.
