With the introduction of About duplicate form fields and Jira fields, Jira field can either be available in Request Form or in FORMS and not both to provide unification and remove the duplicates in portal.

If we have a Drop Down field created from Team Managed Project , then to add more options to the field , we need to unlink the field from FORM and then update the field, then link again to FORM. This is tedious process and additional steps involved.

Workaround:

• Either use Global custom field
• Or remove Duplicate field check in FORMS.

But to keep the duplicate check feature along with maintaining team managed project fields is not straight forward.

Provide the ability to easily manage the values or add values directly in FORMS.
