Issue Summary
JSM mail handler sporadically creates duplicate tickets and comments while using Google mailbox
The issue is sporadic and is not reproducible.
Steps to Reproduce
- This happens while using a Custom Google mailbox
- This issue is sporadic - there is no pattern that we can replicate.
Expected Results
Once an email is fetched, processed, and marked as ‘Read,’ the email should not be processed again.
Actual Results
JSM mail handler processes the same email in the next cycle and creates duplicate tickets or comments
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
