Articles with emoticons are not rendered correctly in Widget

Issue Summary

Emojis are broken when articles are opened using the widget

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add emoticons in an article
2. Access the article via the Widget

Expected Results

Emoticons should render in the Widget view

Actual Results

Emoticons are appearing distorted or in a non-linear format.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
