Linked Jira field options not loading when Edit Form from Issue View

Issue Summary

If the FORM has Linked Jira Field and when you Edit Form > Jira field options are not loading and showing No Option.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Form with Linked Jira Field as drop down
2. Make the field appear conditionally based on previous value.
3. Add to request Form and create a ticket without having the drop down field in ticket.
4. Once the ticket is created, click Edit Form > select dynamic choice and observe the drop down appears with No options.

Expected Results

Jira Field values should display in drop down

Actual Results

Jira field does not shows any values.

Workaround

Open the FORM for customer edits and close customer edits > Click Edit Form > could see the value appears.
