      Issue Summary

      The assets objects custom field is not currently part of the supported fields for chat.

      Suggested Solution

      Add support for the assets objects custom field to Atlassian Assist.

      Workaround

      The virtual agent can be used to redirect the help seeker to request forms on the portal.
