Description
Issue Summary
Articles are not loading when opened via the Widget.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a widget by having a public portal and anonymous access to Confluence.
- Embed the Widget to a webpage.
Expected Results
Customers are able to view articles via the Widget.
Actual Results
After clicking on an article it shows: <instance>.atlassian.net refused to connect.
Articles can be accessed normally via the customer portal without logging in.
Ticket creation works normally.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
