      Issue Summary:

      The customer wants to add a comment on each approval by users when there are multiple approvals required in a particular status.

      Expected behavior:

      Able to use the trigger to automation to add a comment when each approval is added.

      Actual behavior:

      The only trigger available currently is when all the approvals are completed.
