Virtual Agent does not respond to Slack Workflow messages.

      Issue Summary

      When using a Slack Workflow, Atlassian Assist will not respond to the exact training phrases if these are entered into a channel.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Virtual Agent Intent.
      2. Have the intent trigger on a training phrase.
      3. Create a Slack Workflow that enters the training phase.
      4. Virtual Agent will not respond to the Workflow chat. 

      Expected Results

      The Virtual Agent would respond in the thread to the Slack Workflow.

      Actual Results

      Workaround

      Most of the functionality provided through a Slack workflow can be done with a Virtual Agent Intent. 

      Please see Create, Edit, or Delete an Intent for further details. 

      In addition, configuring an emoji automation and adding that emoji will trigger Atlassian Assist.
