Allow project admins the ability to create request types from templates

      We would like to allow project administrators the ability to create request types from available templates.

      As per the documentation below this is an option currently available only to Jira Administrators.

      Create from template (Jira admins only)

      • Select Create from template.
      • Browse, search, and Preview the different templates.
      • Select the template you want to use to create your new request type.
      • Review and update the request type’s details including name, description, icon, portal group, and issue type.
      • Select Save.

      Please note - this is not creating the template itself, but rather creating the request type from previously setup templates and this is an option that should be available to project admins as they will be working at the project level compared to Jira Admins.
