Issue Summary

Editing a Jira Form through the request type redirects to the projects page instead form builder. However, editing the form from Project Settings > Forms works fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Project settings > Request types
2. Open a request type associated to a Jira form
3. Click on the "Edit" icon on the attached form

Expected Results

You get redirected to the form Builder page

Actual Results

You get redirected to the projects page, for example:

https://<instanceName>.atlassian.net/jira/projects

Workaround

Edit the form from Project settings > Forms
