Click on language before loaded in JSM project setting renders blank panel and errors

Steps to Reproduce

1. From a language panel page, click "Back to project settings"
2. Click a language
3. Before the page loads, click a different panel

Expected Results

The different panel loads

Actual Results

Blank panel, and an error shows up after a few seconds

Workaround

Wait a few seconds before clicking on language
