      Issue Summary

      Inline attachments do not get sent as a secure link in customer notifications

      Additional notes

      Even with attachment security set to "Download attachments by logging in to the portal", the "inline file" view returns wiki markup in the customer notification.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set the Customer notification attachment security settings to 'Download attachments via a secured link (without logging in)'
      2. Add an inline attachment is a comment to customer
      3. The customer notification will get triggered
      4. The inline attachment gets displayed as follows rather than being sent as a secure link similar to a thumbnail attachment

      Expected Results

      The inline attachment should be sent as a secure link similar to a thumbnail attachment

      Actual Results

      The inline attachment gets sent as text and does not generate a secure link

      Workaround

      Before sending the comment, click on the file within the comment which will display the following option:

      Change it from "Display inline" to "Display thumbnail"
