Currently, in Email requests setting page, they have only three ways to configure custom email account.

It would be more useful to add the option to select an email address for a Jira notifications been set with the following steps.
Background
Some users would like to configure the email address for Jira requests to be the same as one for Jira notifications.
However, those settings are completely separate and that makes customers confused sometimes.
They need a option that link those setting in Email setting.
