Issue Summary
When an agent adds an inline attachment, it doesn't show up in the customer portal, but the word [mediaInline] appears.
It also affects customer notifications where the attachment will show as [ˆ.........].
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a public comment with an inline attachment ((pasting the file (CSV, txt, JSON, pdf, etc)) in the agent view.
- Check the result in the portal.
Expected Results
The customer should be able to view and download the file through the portal.
Actual Results
The file appears as [mediaInline]:
Workaround
If the agent adds the attachment using the attachment button or adds it to a new line, it will show up in the portal.
