      Issue Summary

The support article Allow internal accounts to request a service project mentions that you can select  Manage Preferences and it will take you to the Jira Service Management configuration page.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Use custom domains for the JSM portal and enable the New service project requests feature.
      2. Click on the  Manage Preferences.

      Expected Results

Manage Preferences should take you to the Jira Service Management configuration page.

      Actual Results

There is a bug here if you are using custom domains for Jira Service Management, as it sends you to the path on your custom domain (/jira/settings/products/jira-service-management-configuration). This is invalid on the custom domain, and you get redirected to the portal page.

      Workaround

Currently, I couldn't find a workaround for this behavior.
