Suggestion
The users can set up chat in their service project.
And after that, Assist App will notify you when customer actions anything(Create ticket , reply a message).
However, Assist Apps home is only monitored raised a request. Therefore, they will notify only ticket creation action.
It would be useful to add a notification in Assist Apps home when any action from customer other than ticket creation.
