Atlassian Assist added extra backlash "\" to jira fields in JSM chat

Issue Summary

Atlassian Assist added extra backlash "\" to jira fields when the agent user clicked "Take it" button.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom string field and attach to request type
2. Create a ticket with request type, put in extra backlashes at the end (not just one) e.g. {{test\\\}}
3. Go to Jira and assign your self to the issue.

Expected Results

Atlassian Assist does not update Jira fields

Actual Results

Atlassian Assist added extra backlash "\" to jira fields

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
