Virtual Agent reports on answers provided by Atlassian Intelligence

      Currently, the Virtual Agent has a simple metric for issues marked "resolved" via VA, however, it doesn't have a metric for answers provided by AI answers or insights related to it.

      It would be relevant to include metrics for answers via AI, as they would help gain insights into what is being asked by users.

      "For example: We can see that there were a lot of Slack-related questions because there was a Slack outage. Or there are a lot of questions on Jira workflows so we should create user documentation for that."
