      Issue Summary

      Users not showing as options in dropdown to re-assign issues from the Queue view

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Assign an issue to User A
      2. Go to the queue view
      3. Click the Assignee in the issue from step #1
      4. Scroll down on the options

      Expected Results

      Users are shown in the dropdown

      Actual Results

      No options are shown except for "Assign to me" and "Unassigned"

      Workaround

      1. Search by typing an User's name
      2. Open the ticket in the sidebar (without leaving the queue) and edit the Assignee field on that view
