Issue Summary

Currently, when having an open project, the Allowlist feature doesn't prevent domains not listed there from being blocked from sending emails to a specific project.
Adding several domains to Blocklist would be a bad experience to have.

Suggestion

Adding a feature to specify which domains are allowed to send emails to specific projects without adding several domains in a blocklist.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for that.
