      Issue Summary

      Currently admins are unable to customize the request approval messages that are sent using Chat. 

      The request approvers need to open the issue in Jira to learn more about the issue and need to navigate away from Slack/MS Teams. 

      Admins would like the ability to customize the request approval message to add additional information so the request approvers do not need to navigate to Jira away from Slack/MS Teams. 

      Additionally, Agents and admins in the project can see the reporter of the ticket while anyone else cannot, requiring them to navigate to Jira to see who requested approval. 

      Workaround

      In order to have full (default) view of the approval ticket, approvers can be made admins or agents in the project. There is currently no workaround for editing the approvals messages beyond the default.
