Issue Summary
When emailing the Jira service management customer portal, duplicate comments are created from one email and added to a single Jira Issue.
For example, an email that should have created one comment, creates eight duplicate comments, 1 minute apart.
Steps to Reproduce
An intermittent issue.
Unable to reproduce but issue is not related to:
- Automation for Jira
- Legacy Automation
- User error
Expected Results
One comment will be added for one email received.
Actual Results
Multiple comments will be added to a ticket for one email received.
Workaround
No workaround is present but issue is intermittent.
