Problem Definition

Currently, the JSM portal topics will show a total of 3 topics and if there are more configured, it will group them under "Show X more" and show the remaining topics.

Suggested Solution

It would be helpful for the administrators to be able to control the limit of how many topics are required to activate the collapsed functionality.

This way the administrator can adjust it based on the convenience of the customer and their portal experience with the service given.
