Issue Summary

When adding Date/Time field in FORM and viewing the FORM in Customer Portal, we can see a vertical scroll bar kind of view appears in portal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a FORM and Date/Time field.
2. Attach Form to a Request Type.
3. Navigate to customer portal and open the Request Type.
4. Could see small scroll bar view in portal.

Expected Results

Vertical Scroll bar should not appear in UI.

Actual Results

Vertical Scroll bar should appears in UI.

Workaround

Only option to use Date field or move Date/Time field from FORMS to Request Form.
