Audit log for Portal-only user management events

      JSM audit logs do not include Portal-only customer events. This suggestion covers various audit log events scoped under different sub-tasks to track customer interest and progress against each one: 

      • Adding or removing from projects (tracked in JSDCLOUD-18538
      • Activating or deactivating account (tracked in JSDCLOUD-10450)
      • User activity such as logins, work items accessed, IP address (tracked in JSDCLOUD-18542)
      • Changes to user details such as name, username and email (tracked in JSDCLOUD-18543

       

      Admins would like to know who actioned these and when.
