Field is Required error message as soon as the Form gets loaded in Portal

Issue Summary

When Form is loaded in Customer Portal, there is a error message appears This field is required under Description field , as soon as the FORM loads in customer portal.

Ideally error should appear only during Submit action but this error appears as soon as the FORM gets loaded in Portal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a FORM and add Paragraph field.
2. Link Paragraph field with Jira Description Field and select Response Required.
3. Attach the FORM with Request Type.
4. Navigate to Customer Portal and select Request Type.
5. As soon as FORM loads, we see error under Description field : This field is required

Expected Results

Error message should not appear as soon as FORM loads. Error should appear only during Submit action.

Actual Results

Error message appears as soon as FORM loads.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
