      Hello everyone,

      I'm Raafi, the new Product Manager for the team that looks after Help Center in JSM.

      I understand that this issue is a big source of frustration for some users so I apologise that there hasn't been an update for some time. 

      We are working on a number of higher priority items and will be unable to prioritize this at the moment. We will update you when we pick this up in our roadmap.

      Customers would like to insert inline images in the Description field on the Portal, without using markdown. 

      At the moment the Agent view supports inline images:

       

      But the Portal view doesn't not:
