Issue Summary
Assist is posting issue comments directly into the Slack Request Channel if the original thread for the issue is completely deleted.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a ticket using the Assist Request Channel on Slack
- Delete the thread and all the replies so the whole thread is deleted
- Add a comment on the created ticket on the Jira Side
Expected Results
The comment should not be posted directly on the Request Channel in Slack
Actual Results
The comment is being posted directly into the Request Channel
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
