Ability to have "Canned Responses Folders"

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      I would like the ability to create dedicated folders for shared canned responses.

      This means that we have different support teams—each team has its own set of canned responses that they want to share within the team.

      I definitely see this functionality being a default part of JSM and implemented in the main release.

      Moreover, not having this capability would clutter the list of all shared canned responses and create confusion.
