Issue Summary

While typing in a Paragraph form field , sometimes the Jira window auto scrolls and the user ends up typing in a random field.
Here’s a screenshot of what happens. You’re typing along and out of nowhere you’re typing in the sidebar boxes. It’s usually either in Assignee or UW Channel.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a JSM request
2. Attach a form with rich text field
3. Keep typing in the rich text field
4. In around 1 min, the rich text field could get out of focus, and the issue page scrolls to the bottom
5. If we keep typing, it may trigger changing assignee field or other fields, based on Jira short cut rule (type "a" edits Assignee field, type "d" edits issue status, etc)

Expected Results

The rich text field still responses to typing.

Actual Results

In around 1 min, the rich text field could get out of focus, and the issue page scrolls to the bottom

Workaround

Click rich text field and type again.
