Improve customers and organizations CSV import result error messages

      Issue Summary

      When importing a CSV of customers or organizations, the results screen can contain confusing and/or vague error messages.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the Customers or Organizations pages via the sidebar
      2. Click Import in the top right
      3. Read the instructions and upload a file
      4. Wait for the import to complete

      Expected Results

      The results screen provides a clear summary of which details were successfully or unsuccessfully imported and why.

      Actual Results

      The results screen is confusing and shows vague error messages that are not helpful in determining why certain rows failed to import.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no workaround for this behaviour, however there are several problems that can result in rows being included in the above error section. Please take these into consideration if you run into this issue.

      • Having ,, in the row to indicate an empty value. If the value was empty to begin with, this error can be ignored as the value hasn't changed. See the open bug ticket.
      • Setting a dropdown field to a value that is not one of its options. Please add the option and upload the relevant rows again.
      • Setting a date field with the incorrect format. The correct format is YYYY-MM-DD.
