Issue Summary

Customers encountering an issue with the user interface, where clicking onto the Assignee field under their open queue, shows a transparent background of the drop down list.

Steps to Reproduce

Issue can be replicated by having the picker field being the last 2 selectors where the dropdown expands underneath the selector before the dropdown starts expanding to be above the selector.

Expected Results

The background shouldn't appear transparent. Should follow the theme that's selected by the customer.

Actual Results

The background of the dropdown is transparent, when the dropdown anchor is at the top (dropdown flows downwards)

Workaround

This issue seems to only be visual - it is still functional. If possible, customers should just scroll the screen a bit to change the position of the selector, and it should function as expected.
