Issue Summary

On a JSM project under Project Settings > Virtual Agent > Standard flows, all flows can have their message edited except for the Escalate.

Please consider allowing the Escalate message to be edited, there are cases where customers use their local language as default and this message has to be translated to their local requirements.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a JSM project access Project Settings > Virtual Agent > Standard flows.
2. From the list shown open the Escalate flow.
3. The default send message box is not editable in the Escalate flow.

Expected Results

The send message type message box is editable in the Escalate flow.

Actual Results

The send message type message box is not editable in the Escalate flow.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
