Issue Summary
Approval notifications are not being fired consistently in Slack when an approval is requested in the JSM ticket.
Steps to Reproduce
- Ticket that needs approval is created via the portal or Slack integration.
- Jira Automation assigns the associated approval group to the ticket.
- Jira Automation triggers the transition to the Approval status.
Expected Results
A Slack message should be sent to the members of the approval group to approve or decline the request.
Actual Results
The notification does not fire. In this case, the customer has to grant the approval directly through the portal.
Workaround
Approvals must be done via Jira / Customer Portal if the notification does not fire via Slack.
