Resolution: Won't Fix
If an E-Mail is sent to our Jira SD address, every recipient in CC is automatically created as a Service Desk Customer.
Now, we have to manually administer those customer accounts and manually associate them with organizations.
For our projects, it would be very helpful to have an option allowing to assign the newly created accounts to the sender's organisation automatically. (In most cases, the sender's organisation is known)
