Issue Summary
Application link of Jira Service Management Cloud and Confluence server / DC is correctly created.
And the knowledge base setting is correctly configured as instructed in the document.
Then, the portal user searches for the article via portal of the linked service project, KB article of Confluence server space can be found.
However, if the portal user searches for the article via help center top page, KB article of Confluence server space cannot be found.
This happens if there is a JSM project with spaces linked to Confluence Cloud.
This is reproducible on Data Center: No
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure the knowledge base link between JSM Cloud project and Confluence server / DC space, and another JSM Cloud project and Confluence Cloud space.
- Search Confluence server article via Help center.
Expected Results
Confluence server article should be found via help center.
Actual Results
Confluence server article cannot be found via help center.
Workaround
- Search Confluence Server article via portal of the linked service project
- Only link JSM Cloud and Confluence Server / DC space, then Confluence Server / DC article can be found via help center.
