Allow issue security based on Team custom field

      Problem Definition
      Currently in JSM, issue security cannot be based on new custom field Team. This field is not available currently in the User Custom Field value dropdown and also not in Group custom field value dropdown

      Suggested Solution
      Allow issue security authorization based on the Teams field by making this field available in the above drop-downs
