Virtual Agent Intents can get overwritten.

Issue Summary

When modifying an Intent it is possibly to overwrite the changes if the intent is open in two places at the same time. 

Steps to Reproduce

• Open the same intent on two different browser tabs. 
• Modify the Intent on Tab A.
• Save the changes.
• Modify the Intent on Tab B
• Save the changes.
• The changes made in Tab A are not persisted and are overwritten by Tab B

Expected Results

The intent should not be saved and instead force the user to refresh the tab.

Actual Results

The changes from Tab A are overwritten by Tab B. 

Workaround

Only have one person modify the Intent at a time.
