Issue Summary
Using the Gmail mobile app to reply to a customer after sending an attachment results in green arrows being added as attachments.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to your Service Project > Select an Issue > Reply to the customer and include an attachment.
- On the Gmail mobile app, reply to the issue notification.
Expected Results
A reply is sent with the customer's message, and nothing else is added.
Actual Results
A reply is sent with the customer's message, and two green arrow icons are attached to the ticket.
Workaround
The workaround for this behavior is to reply using the web browser or another email client application.
