Add a REST endpoint to bulk fetch Customer Workflow statuses

      There's no public Jira Service Desk REST endpoints to fetch all the customer workflow statuses.

      There's a GET customer request status endpoint that only returns a single status for a specific issue. So, it's not feasible to bulk get customer workflow statuses. As a result, it is not possible to get a full list of customer workflow statuses.

      Please add an endpoint that'll return all the customer workflow statuses in bulk.
